Sign

i bent over to pick up the laundry i dropped on the floor today...
i heard... crack crack crack originating from my lower back.
No pain.
but it's a sign.

Drink more milk mishi!

Alamak, why your clothes so old that bend down only they break? I think its a sign that you must change your washing detergent la. IT happened when you doing laundry see?
