watched the WA sport climbing championship finals yesterday (lead climbing)...
whoa... just amazed at the form and the art of it.
the female climbers always looked more controlled and poised.
male climbers used alot of momentum and speed to go up.
inspiring.

my flu's better now... not so congested.
drank 2 cups of those ready made ginseng tea bags last night.
lets see....
