The climb today was goooood. *whew* i still made a 19. (then again, it might have been an easier 19) =( Sumy's first time at Rockface! woo hoo.... she's really not bad tho! =) poor girl, her arms were sore. we had KFC after... YUM! Need to do ONE pull up per day... i'm telling my body that it's not too much to ask... ;p
