Hotel 1929
Whilst i was back in Sg-- parents brought me to this lovely restaurant @ Hotel 1929.
The dining experience there was fantastic. =)
It was a 3-course luncheon.
I had the fried tofu, mom and dad had the foie gras (goose liver) with bacon.
Had some from their portion, it was absolutely brilliant.
Tender and juicy.
Just melted in my mouth.
Ingenious, whoever thought of goose liver.
The fish we had was really fresh and the sauce was buttery yet savoury.
Mom had the linguine with clams... awesome.
Just HAD to show you the pictures.... my dad's camera was sooo sharp.
geez. i'm hungry now.

Those are some really nice photos. Think I shall go check the place out... In like 1.5 years time?
*sigh*
the food looks awesome Mishi! Hope the ball food will be just as great!
